How long will it take to get my order?
All of Wynterco's products are built to order. Our typical build time is 5-7 business days. Items will ship to you via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3-6 days from shipping date. Select your desired shipping method if you want to to receive you items faster.
Will my order have tracking?
We will send you tracking information once your order ships. It can take up to 5 business days for us to process and build your order before it is shipped.
Where’s my order?
If we've mailed you tracking information, please refer to the carrier's website for daily tracking updates. If you haven't received tracking information, please remember that it can take up to 5 business days from the time you complete your order for it to be shipped. All Wynterco products are built to order and we try our best to get our products in your hands as quickly as possible.
Do you ship to international locations?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on adding international locations soon. In the meantime, international customers can purchase our products through our Wynterco store on Etsy.
Can you expedite my order?
Unfortunately, no. All our products are built to order and require time for processing, production and quality assurance. We submit customer orders as soon as they are received to ensure your product is completed and shipped as fast as possible.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your change request. If your product has already been built or shipped, you can always return your new, unworn item within 30 days of your purchase date.

How do I return an order?
We offer returns on new, unworn items within 30 days of your purchase date. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your purchase on the payment method you used during checkout.
How do I make an exchange?
We treat exchanges like returns. contact us to return your original order and then simply make a new order for the product you'd like in exchange. We'll get your new order out quicker and as soon as we receive your return, we'll refund your original purchase. Like returns, exchanges must be on new, unworn items and completed within 30 days of your original purchase date.

I’m getting an error when placing an order, help!?!
Check you’ve filled out all the required details including your name, address and payment info. If it’s still not working, it might be a technical issue, these things can happen. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see if we can track down the problem.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
We’re so sorry, it doesn’t happen often we promise! The best thing to do is contact us with pictures of the issue. If we determine the garment is faulty, we will ship you out a replacement as quick as possible.
